Where We Come From

We come from the world of structure — careers built on strategy, systems, and success. For years, we poured our energy into meaningful work: leading teams, driving innovation, shaping transformation. On paper, it looked like freedom.

We had the stability, the homes, the holidays, and the milestones that were supposed to define success. Yet somewhere along the way, a quiet question began to echo beneath the accomplishments:

Why We Started Searching

Like many professionals in midlife, we began questioning how we spent our time — and what it was all adding up to. We wanted more of it: time for the people we love, for quiet mornings and real conversations, for the simple joys that don’t fit neatly into a calendar invite.

We tried the usual “solutions” — business courses, self-help books, quick-fix models. None of them lasted. They promised money, not meaning.
